This Samhain, give yourself a morning to slow down, reconnect and fill your cup in one of Galway’s most beautiful seaside settings.
Dara Mats and Blackrock Cottage have come together to create a very special morning of self-care on Saturday, 31 October, from 8am to 10:30am.
This one feels particularly special. We’ll be gathering in Blackrock Cottage’s beautiful new pergola, a gorgeous light-filled space in Salthill. This will be the very first wellness event to take place in the new pergola, making it a unique opportunity to experience this beautiful new space.
Your morning will begin with Laura, founder of Dara Mats, who will guide you through a blissful and accessible yoga practice designed to gently wake up the body, create space and help you settle into the morning.
