About the event
An intimate mini self care retreat. Led by the founders of holistic brands Dara Mats and Soak in Wellness.
Our morning will begin with a healing Yoga Flow led by Laura of Dara Mats. Laura is a Connemara based Yoga and Holistic Practitioner. The session will wrap up nicely with Group Healing to enhance the beautiful energy.
We will continue with our day with a special workshop in which you get to create our very own Sea Salt Scrub blend with the founder of Soak in Wellness - Karen. You will learn about the benefits of sea salt and how the products are brought together for you to bring the magic of the Atlantic Ocean to your home.
Our day will conclude with a light lunch. Plus access to the Spa at Delphi.
