Join Stephanie and Laura for a beautiful healing day in the Conamara Gaeltacht.
We will begin our day with an energising Yoga Class led by Laura. Focusing on releasing, healing and filling with light. Drawing inspiration from our Celtic heritage and the Conamara landscape.
To seal in our practice, Stephanie and Laura will tune into Rahanni Energy Healing for the group. This powerful Angelic healing modality is based on Truth, Love and Compassion and all our guests will be part of this group healing session.
We will then break for healthy nibbles and connect with the stunning nature around us. Taking time to let the healing integrate.
Our group will rejoin, get comfortable and begin a deep Breathwork session led by Stephanie.
